Ribeira – the historical center of Porto

Excellently located for you holiday or business travel, this cosy flat is located in the heart of historical city of Porto, in Ribeira just minutes’ walk from the riverside with its bars and restaurants, the beautiful bridge of D. Luis and on the other side of the river, the Portwine Cellars.  The old cathedral is uphill through the old streets and if you want to visit other cities or go the beach, the metro and train station of São Bento are just a mere 5 minutes walk.

The Flat

It is about 45m2 with one bedroom with double bed, a modern “walk-in” kitchenette (stove/cooker,  fridge, microwave, coffee machine, iron and further kitchenware) and living room (sleeping sofa (for one), TV, Internet – if required).   There is also a bath tube with shower in the bathroom. Laundry 2 minutes away.

There is bedlinen, blankets, tableware and towels. Child bed upon request. Excellent for 1 to max. 3 people. Just take a look at the pictures:

Prices and Conditions

Cost includes electricity, water, cable TV when available and further services.
Internet is not included.
Keys are delivered in the flat.
Children are of course welcome.
Absolutely no smoking please.
Animals welcome.
Check-in and check-out at nearly anytime, but please not between 24:00 and 7:00!
Minimum stay 4 nights.
Safety deposit 500 Euro (cash, if you don’t have a portuguese bank account, otherwise cheque is OK)
Final cleaning 50 Euro, if turned in as at check-in. Otherwise it will cost you 100 Euro.
