Jimmy when you try a francesinha then talk, you have no clue how deliciouse this is specialy with a Super Bock really really cold we call it “fino”
Well, unless you are vegetarian (and then I understand trully your feelings) this is delicious! And you’ll find a good part of our population craving for a “francesinha”!
Its a pretty crazy dish, but definitely tasty. leaves no room for desert 🙂
I tried the Francesinha on a visit to Porto, and white it is possibly the worst thing for you, it’s amazingly good. No one knows what I’m talking about, but I’d definitely go back and have it again, one day…
The secret to the Francesinha, they say, is in the sauce. A nice picante sauce is terrific, but the meat inside does make a difference too. And for me it has to have egg inside.
